New Year 2022 - Couch to 5k (1)

We are pleased to announce the dates for our next Couch to 5k course. 

This will start Monday 10th January 2022, sessions are Monday at 6.30pm and Thursday at 7pm.

The course is for both Monday & Thursday and duration is 8 consecutive weeks (unless government restrictions are implemented.) 

Each session will last between 30mins and 1 hour. (no longer than an hour)

Our club is based at Mickleover Sports Club on Station Road Mickleover.

Using our tried and tested approach we will support you to be able to run 5k by the end of the 8 weeks.

The course costs £30 which includes a celebration evening at the end of the course.
