About the Event
We are pleased to announce the dates for our next Couch to 5k course.
This will start Monday 5th January 2026, sessions are Monday and Thursday 6.30pm.
The course is for both Monday & Thursday and duration is 10 consecutive weeks.
Each session will last between 30mins and 1 hour. (no longer than an hour)
Our club is based at Mickleover Sports Club on Station Road Mickleover.
Using our tried and tested approach we will support you to be able to run 5k by the end of the 10 weeks.
